Jake McAloose
A local Virginia Beach (Princess Anne Cavalier), third baseman, Jake earned All-CAA honors and hit over .400 in 2009 at Old Dominion, put together one of the best single-season offensive performances in program history. Jake went on to sign with the Chicago Cubs in 2010.

Andrew Bullock
Former Division I baseball player who competed at Western Carolina University and Charleston Southern University. Andrew "Bull" was a 2019 Northwoods League All-Star and two-time champion with the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders. He focuses on building strong fundamentals, baseball IQ, and confidence to help athletes improve on and off the field.

Chase Kyriacou
Norfolk state
Chase has spent the past 12 years training athletes in the Hampton Roads area, helping youth athletes develop the strength and skills needed to succeed in sports. He earned his degree in Exercise Science from Norfolk State University, where he played baseball and served as a two-year team captain, and later earned his Master’s in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation from Emporia State University. Chase is co-owner of Beach Fitness & Performance.

Jannay Jones
North dakota
Coach Jannay Jones is a former collegiate pitcher at the University of North Dakota (2018–2022) who was a key member of the Fighting Hawks’ staff. She led the team in multiple pitching categories and earned Summit League “Player to Watch” honors in 2021 and 2022. Her career highlights include a no-hitter in 2021 and finishing with 253 strikeouts and a 3.21 ERA over 427 innings pitched.

Jeff Butler
randolph macon
Jeff was an All-American record-setting infielder and hitter at Randolph-Macon, finishing as the program’s all-time hits leader and helping lead the team to the 2018 NCAA Division III College World Series. After playing, he stayed in baseball and moved into college coaching/recruiting.

Phil Cadle
Virginia wesleyan
Phil, a Great Bridge Wildcat product, became one of the most accomplished middle infielders in Virginia Wesleyan baseball history. Known for his exceptional defense, he earned the NCAA Division III Gold Glove in 2009 while also collecting All-Region, All-State, and All-ODAC honors.

Bridget Meek
Siena heights
Bridget Meek is an experienced softball instructor who teaches hitting, fielding, catching, and pitching. A four-year starter at Siena Heights University, she earned Academic All-American honors each year. She also competed internationally with Team USA in the 2001 World Cup Indoor Softball Championships. In addition to her playing career, she coached an 18U Gold Fastpitch team in Dallas for three seasons, combining strong academic, athletic, and coaching experience.

Kyle Robertson
Virginia tech
Kyle, a Virginia Beach native and Strength & Conditioning Coach who has worked in the fitness industry since 2014. He attended Virginia Tech, where he trained athletes while an intern with the university’s Strength & Conditioning department. After earning his degree in Biological Sciences, he was the Personal Training Coordinator at Auburn University. Kyle is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA and holds multiple performance and nutrition certifications. Kyle is co-owner of Beach Fitness & Performance.

Shane Davis
Shane is a Chesapeake pitcher who went from Bryant & Stratton (Virginia Beach) → North Carolina Central → the Orioles minor league system, pitching primarily for the Delmarva Shorebirds from 2021–2022. Shane's K's per inning was impressive, striking out more than a batter per inning in pro ball.

Radford
Former Highlander, House played all 9 positions during his collegiate career at Radford. Shaun comes with a plethora of experience, having 20+ years of coaching and private instruction under his belt.

Eddie Perkins
Tusculum
The former Great Bridge Wildcat, continued his playing career at the College of the Albemarle as a pitcher and first baseman before transferring to Tusculum College where he pitched three seasons for the Pioneers. Eddie also spent three seasons pitching for the Edenton Steamers in the Coastal Plains League. Coach Perkins focuses primarily on developing pitchers.

Hannah Ferrell
Regent
Hannah Ferrell is a standout middle infielder from Chesapeake, VA and a former four-year varsity starting shortstop at Great Bridge High School. A 2025 team captain and All-Tidewater First Team pick, she hit .448 as a senior and helped lead her team to the state semifinals. She also has experience as a youth coach and recreation leader, focusing on fundamentals and confidence, and will continue her softball career at Regent University starting in Fall 2026.

Ryan developed into a reliable pitcher during his college career at Bryant & Stratton College (Virginia Beach) before continuing at Virginia Wesleyan University. Competing in the ODAC, he contributed valuable innings on the mound. Known for his work ethic, competitive mentality and submarine delivery, Cason built his reputation as a dependable arm while competing against strong regional competition.

Matt Hamlet
Boston College
Hamlet, a former four-year starting infielder at Boston College and an experienced baseball coach at the national level. Matt currently coaches the 2028 Performance Baseball National team. In additional to fielding and hitting, Matt specializes in college recruitment, helping athletes navigate the recruiting process. Before college, Matt was a three-time All-State and All-Conference selection at Nansemond River high school. He was recognized nationally as a Top-200 player by Baseball America and Perfect Game.

Luke Saunders
Christopher newport
A reliable presence in the infield, Saunders was known for his defensive consistency, baseball IQ, and steady bat, often contributing near the top of the lineup. Throughout his collegiate career, he helped anchor the Captains’ infield while providing leadership and experience in key conference matchups.

Alex Hogge
Bridgewater
Alex is a former collegiate baseball player for the Bridgewater Eagles. Hogge primarily played catcher and outfielder. Prior to his college career, Hogge was a standout at Atlantic Shores Christian School in Chesapeake, Virginia, earning First Team All‑State honors in both 2006 and 2007.
